Position Overview
We are seeking a Product Lead to define the product vision and lead technology functions for our client's Age-Tech / Digital Aging / Phygital Aging ecosystem. This leader will build and scale digital platforms—including a user-facing app —to seamlessly integrate healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, vitality and community engagement services. The role requires a customer-first mindset , strategic product ownership, and proven expertise in scaling consumer-facing digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy : Define and own the product roadmap aligned with the company’s mission and customer needs.
Digital Platform Leadership : Build and scale a user-facing app and ecosystem integrating all services.
Technology Oversight : Lead engineering strategy, architecture, and execution with tech leads.
Customer-Centric Design : Champion UX / UI excellence ensuring intuitive, accessible, and impactful products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Align product goals with marketing, operations, partnerships, and business teams.
Team Building : Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing product and tech teams.
Innovation & Scalability : Drive a culture of experimentation, performance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
8–12 years’ experience in product management and technology leadership roles (minimum 5 years in product management.)
Proven success in building and scaling consumer-facing apps / platforms.
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital engagement, and product-market fit.
Experience in D2C, tech, or service-led businesses.
Strategic leadership with cross-functional team management skills.
Deep empathy / Inclusive Design ability for users aged 50+
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
