Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users, resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Log, track, and manage all support tickets through to resolution, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
- Assist users with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and service requests.
- Contribute to a positive user experience through excellent service delivery.
What We're Looking For
