About this opportunity :

We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for the coordination, support, management, and execution of reactive / proactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

What you will do :

• Monitoring of alerts via monitoring tools
• TT creation within required SLA through TT creating tools.
• Group mailbox handling.
• Timely engagement of all the relevant stakeholders on an incident / outage.
• Effective email communication and proper follow ups till incident closure.
• Contribute & Participate for the overall improvement of the process.
• Flashing of daily dashboards and reports as per desired frequency.
• Flashing of MIN Notifications for the network outages.
• Ensure that the escalations are routed to the correct responsible party without any delays.
• Willing to work in shifts in 24
• 7 support team.
