Qualifications :
Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience : At least 7 years of progressive experience in operations management within the software or technology sector, with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence.
Technical Expertise : should worked on CRM tools.
Analytical Skills : Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, derive insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Leadership Competencies : Demonstrated experience in leading large teams, managing cross-functional projects, and influencing organizational change.
