Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, overseeing employee relations, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves training and development, performance management, and handling employee benefits and compensation and much more.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing recruitment processes and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
• Skills in training and development, as well as performance management
• Experience in handling employee benefits and compensation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
