Talent Acquisition Lead

Role Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head - Talent Acquisition with 7-10 years of experience in aerospace hiring , specifically in avionics and manufacturing domains . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aerospace technologies and be adept at identifying and engaging top-tier engineering and manufacturing talent. A technical background or hands-on knowledge of aerospace systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and manufacturing roles in the aerospace industry.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for positions in avionics engineering, aerospace manufacturing, quality assurance, production, and R&D.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements and develop customized hiring strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, industry events, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial interviews and technical screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiation processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Stay informed about trends and innovations in aerospace recruitment and talent acquisition.
