Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end hiring for our Engineering organization.
In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and closing top engineering talent while partnering closely with business and technical leaders to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles across domains such as Software Development, Data, Cloud, AI / ML, QA, and DevOps.
- Partner with engineering leadership to define hiring strategies, workforce plans, and talent roadmaps.
- Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and strategic outreach.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Phenoms culture and brand.
- Leverage data and analytics to track metrics, enhance efficiency, and drive process improvements.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering capability development within the TA team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
