As part of the front desk youll be the first point of contact for our guests ensuring every stay starts and ends with a smile.
Tasks
Welcome guests and handle check-in & check-out smoothly.
Manage reservations and room assignments using our PMS system.
Respond promptly to guest queries requests and complaints.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready.
Handle billing payments and maintain accurate guest records.
Maintain a professional welcoming and organized front desk area.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (experience with hotel PMS preferred).
Positive attitude grooming and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and handle guest requests efficiently.
Prior hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
Friendly & supportive team environment.
