The Role
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective students.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into enrolments.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead details.
- Conduct virtual counselling sessions to guide students on course selections.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective pipeline management.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to optimize lead conversion.
- Address student queries and concerns to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide detailed information about programs and answer course-related questions.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Generate referral leads through existing students and alumni.
- Assist in promotional activities and webinars to attract potential students.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve lead quality.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales progress and activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales roleYou have a proven track record of meeting / exceeding your targets.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou are a strong networker & relationship builderWhat's on Offer?
