A bit about your role
As the Senior Manager, Finance Enterprise Partnering, you will provide high‑quality finance business partnering across the organisation to enable delivery of nbn’s long‑term business plan. You will act as the enterprise finance lead for gross resourcing costs and will guide all operating expenses, gross resourcing costs and leases for multiple business units including minor capex programs. You will set a clear rhythm for long‑term operating expense forecasting, scenario planning and analytics, creating shared understanding that helps leaders make confident, timely decisions.
This is a high‑profile role that supports nbn’s cost efficiency agenda and works closely with GMs and EGMs across the business. You will provide transparent, timely analysis and reporting that influences commercial actions, bringing clarity to complexity and aligning spend to strategy. The portfolios you steward are of significant strategic importance and underpin nbn’s operational and financial success. You will cultivate strong cross‑company relationships, play a visible leadership role within Finance and the wider organisation, and apply a thorough knowledge of the nbn Corporate Plan to support teams to deliver on their objectives with care and accountability.
A bit about you
You are a collaborative and purpose‑led finance leader with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics, and you are CA or CPA qualified. You are hands‑on with budgeting and forecasting tools such as Hyperion and / or Anaplan, comfortable working within fully integrated ERPs like Oracle or SAP, and highly proficient in Excel. Experience in the Technology or Telco sector will help you step in with confidence from day one.
