Revenue Operations Analyst

Job descriptionAct as an execution arm to support daily operational needs across Revenue Operations. Ensure accurate and timely completion of recurring data entry, updates, and process support tasks within Salesforce and related systems. Maintain CRM hygiene by executing established processes for data entry, validation, and cleansing. Monitor and triage incoming sales support requests, escalating issues as needed. Provide QA support for Salesforce updates, territory assignments, and account structure maintenance. Support RevOps Managers and Analysts by handling operational workload (bulk uploads, report refreshes, case management, etc.). Distribute weekly sales activity reports. Validate data for Salesforce updates and system enhancements. Assist with territory updates, commission adjustments, and pipeline accuracy checks. Maintain documentation of completed tasks for audit and tracking purposes. Support special projects and ad-hoc requests from the broader Revenue Operations team. 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related operational support role. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Excel Proven ability to manage recurring tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Experience handling data uploads, cleansing, and validation processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams. Degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
