About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and elevate our front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences, strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house operations , ensuring seamless service and memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service, ambiance, and hospitality .
- Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to deliver outstanding service consistently.
- Develop and implement SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to improve satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures for FOH operations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
