Altruist Technologies - Assistant F&B Manager

Altruist Hotel, Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Assistant F&B Manager to support daily Food & Beverage operations, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth functioning of all F&B outlets including restaurant, banquets, and room service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of restaurant, banquets, and room service.
• Supervise, train, and schedule F&B staff.
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer feedback.
• Manage stock, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
• Support event planning, banquets, and special functions.
• Implement and maintain F&B Standard Operating Procedures Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial F&B role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and guest service.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
• Hotel Management or Hospitality degree preferred
