Ideal for : Professionals with experience in EdTech, Higher Education, CSR, or B2G sales.
What you'll do :
- Lead client outreach and relationship management with education and skilling partners.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles across EdTech products, institutional collaborations, and government-linked projects.
- Design LCPL's consulting and delivery solutions for universities, and training partners
- Drive business development for large-scale skilling and education initiatives.
You should have :
8–15 years of experience in B2B / B2G / Institutional sales (EdTech, education, or skilling preferred).Strong communication and proposal-building skills.Comfort with consultative selling and long-cycle relationship management.2. Research (Policy Consulting)
Ideal for : Research professionals who can translate data, policy, and strategy into actionable insights.
What you'll do :
Lead qualitative and quantitative research across multiple domains such as healthcare, surveillance, education, skilling and training etc.Build reports, frameworks, and concept notes for government and institutional clients. Knowledge assets, essentially.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into policy recommendations or program models.Supervise research associates and ensure methodological rigor in all outputs.You should have :
8–12 years of experience in research, preferably in education, policy, or impact consulting.Strong grounding in research design, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.Experience with consulting ecosystem a strong plus.3. Operations (NSQF & Project Management)
Ideal for : Experienced professionals who've managed education or skilling projects end-to-end.
What you'll do :
Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of skilling and education programs.Lead teams managing NSQF alignment, assessments, training partner coordination, and compliance.Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multi-state implementations.Liaise with sector skill councils, government departments, and other ecosystem partners.You should have :
7–15 years of experience in large-scale skilling or education program management.Strong knowledge of NSQF frameworks and operational delivery models.Leadership capability to manage diverse teams and drive execution on groundSkills Required
