Role Overview

We are looking for a Paid ads executive who has hands-on experience running profitable real estate campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) .

You should have a strong understanding of lead generation funnels, creative testing, and conversion optimization. The goal is simple : generate quality leads that convert into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram Lead & Conversion Campaigns) for real estate clients.
• Develop and manage end-to-end paid campaigns – from research and setup to tracking and reporting.
• Conduct keyword research , competitor analysis, and ad copy testing.
• Create audience segmentation and implement retargeting strategies to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-converting ad creatives and landing pages .
• Track and analyze campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates .
• Optimize sales funnels and landing pages for better conversion performance.
• Stay updated with real estate ad policies , platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management and clients.
