Role Overview
We're looking for a B2B Google Ads Expert who knows how to make niche audiences convert. You'll own the strategy, setup, and optimization of paid search campaigns for clients with complex products and long sales cycles. Experience with LinkedIn Ads and conversion tracking setups is a big plus.
What You'll Do
- Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for B2B FinTech and SaaS clients.
- Research and refine high-intent keywords that reach narrow buyer personas.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, UTMs, and Google Tag Manager for clean analytics.
- Craft ad copy and landing page recommendations that align with B2B buyer journeys.
- Test and iterate on bidding strategies, match types, and ad extensions for efficiency.
- Manage and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- Collaborate with our AI and creative teams to enhance automation and performance insights.
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in B2B , ideally in FinTech or SaaS .Proven track record of driving qualified leads (not just traffic).Strong grasp of CPC / CPL optimization, audience segmentation, and ad testing.Proficient in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and conversion tracking.Experience with LinkedIn Ads is highly preferred.Familiarity with Bing Ads and Meta Ads is a bonus.Motivated and curious about emerging ad platforms — from new channels like Reddit or Quora to future-facing trends such as LLM-based advertising and AI-driven targeting.Analytical mindset — you love testing hypotheses and backing decisions with data.Startup mindset : proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning multiple projects end-to-end.Why Join Us
