- Source candidates from job boards, professional networks and referrals
- Conduct initial conversations with candidates
- Confirm salary expectations with candidates
- Present qualified candidates to clients
- Review resumes to shortlist qualified candidates before initial conversations.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Collect and provide feedback to candidates post-interview.
