Global Recruitment Support plays a critical role in managing end-to-end recruitment operations across EMEA region. The role ensures smooth execution of global hiring processes, coordination with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external vendors, and supports business growth by driving timely and high-quality talent acquisition delivery.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management for assigned roles / regions.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to support global hiring needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding processes with HR and vendors.
- Act as point of contact for candidates, vendors, and business leaders for recruitment-related queries.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers across geographies to understand role requirements.
- Partner with global HR teams, payroll providers, and EOR vendors for seamless offer and contract processing.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, local labor laws, and GDPR regulations.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring metrics for leadership reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and process automation.
- Work with global recruitment teams across EMEA for aligned delivery.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing tools, and HR systems (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, etc.).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements across geographies and time zones.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data management skills.
- Process-driven with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PG in Human Resources or related field.3–8 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience, preferably in global hiring.Experience in multinational environments will be an added advantage.
