Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations & E-Commerce Specialist. In this role, you will manage operations related to e-commerce, coordinate online sales activities, and oversee order fulfillment processes. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, data analysis to optimize performance, and collaborating with team members to improve operational efficiency. You will contribute to project management initiatives, ensuring streamlined workflows and effective communication to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track inventory, and optimize e-commerce performance
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in sales processes and strategies, with a focus on e-commerce platforms
• Operations Management and Project Management skills to ensure seamless processes and successful project execution
• Detail-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge or experience in the e-commerce or luxury goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, E-commerce, or related field preferred
