Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms using ATS out Software
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Participate in monthly event planning and host in-house recruitment events
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Requirements and skills
Proven 2 years of work experience in a full life-cycle environment as a Recruiter (In-house recruiter)Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)Should have prior experience in hiring WordPress Developer, Shopify, BigCommerce, UI UX Designer, SEO Analyst, etcFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPlease share cv at [HIDDEN TEXT]
