Role Overview
We are hiring an Artist Management & Sales Executive who can manage artists AND drive business growth.
This role is perfect for someone who loves music + has a natural sales mindset + strong communication.
You’ll be responsible for :
Artist coordination + Show bookings + Client outreach + Lead conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Artist Management
Act as the primary point of contact between artists & clientsManage artist calendars, scheduling, and communicationMaintain artist EPKs, portfolios & brand decksCoordinate logistics for gigs (travel, stay, hospitality, technical riders)Sales & Business Development (Core Focus)
Generate leads for artist bookings, college shows, clubs, weddings, and corporate eventsPitch artists to event organizers, festival curators & brandsConduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to secure bookingsConvert inquiries into confirmed businessMaintain CRM, track sales goals & monthly revenue targetsBuild long-term relationships with agencies, venues & partnersIdentify new markets, opportunities & collaboration verticalsBranding & Digital Support
Assist with artist content planning & social media updatesCoordinate with design & content teams for artist promotionResearch industry trends & competitor landscapeSkills Required
