We are currently seeking a surface preparation & Assistant Manager - Painting , to join our MMY Dahej, and this position will be directly reporting to Production Head .

Qualifications / Skills :

• Bachelor of Engineering or Full time Diploma in engineering.
• Minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience in the oil and gas, modular manufacturing yards, and the heavy fabrication industry.
• Familiar with codes ANSI, SSPC, ASTM, NACE, AWWA, ISO, etc.
• Proven experience in execution management at shop / yard of equipment / modular manufacturing, piping & structure fabrication & erection, equipment erection within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of relevant quality standards, procedures and codes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
• Proficiency in inspection techniques and data analysis
• Leadership skills to manage a team of quality inspectors
• Ability to work independently.
