We're looking for an Event & Brand Activation Manager who can take charge of all experiential programming across our café, bar, and hotel formats — from Coffee Culture's community pop-ups to Uncultured's speakeasy nights, from sunrise yoga at Unseen to sundowners at Morjim & Anjuna Culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan & Execute Events : Oversee the full calendar of in-house events, collaborations, and festivals across all brands — from concept to execution.
- Creative Brand Activations : Design and execute interactive experiences like pottery workshops, yoga mornings, bar takeovers, live music nights, or mixology masterclasses.
- Artist & Vendor Management : Coordinate with artists, performers, décor, sound, and production teams to ensure every detail hits the right vibe.
- Cross-Brand Coordination : Align event calendars and communication across Coffee Culture, Unseen, Uncultured, Morjim Culture, and Anjuna Culture — ensuring each activation reflects the brand tone and community.
- Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team for pre-event promotion, influencer tie-ups, and post-event coverage.
- Budget & Reporting : Manage event budgets, vendor payments, and post-event reports for impact analysis.
- Seasonal Programming : Plan quarterly cultural calendars — summer, monsoon, festive, and holiday seasons — blending brand philosophy with community relevance.
What You Bring
2–5 years of hands-on experience in event management / hospitality activations / brand marketing.A natural eye for aesthetics and detail — from music and mood to lighting and storytelling.Strong communication and coordination skills with teams, artists, and collaborators.A love for coffee, culture, and nightlife — and the energy to manage multiple venues across cities.An understanding of how café culture, bar culture, and boutique hospitality come together to create experiences people remember.Perks & Culture
