Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Oversee sales operations including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Monitor competitor activities and suggest proactive strategies.

Drive implementation of CRM tools and ensure accurate reporting of sales metrics.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business goals.

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

Contribute to recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the sales team.
