Taupe is a new-age skincare brand built for sensitive skin, powered by probiotics and microbiome science. We’re at an exciting growth stage and looking for someone who can help scale the brand with creative campaigns, sharp positioning, and smart revenue strategies.

What You’ll Do

Create and execute brand campaigns that drive both awareness and sales.

Work on the brand’s positioning and creative strategy to differentiate Taupe in the beauty / D2C space.

Think of revenue strategies across digital, influencer, and offline channels.

Build and grow organic traffic via content, PR, and partnerships.

Collaborate with our ads and influencer team to align campaigns with business goals.

Manage the brand’s voice and storytelling across social media, website, and customer touchpoints.

Track performance, analyze results, and double down on what works.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in beauty / D2C marketing.

Strong sense of creative strategy + business growth.

Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Past experience in scaling campaigns for D2C brands is a big plus.

Someone who’s equally comfortable with strategy and execution.

Self-starter, loves experimenting, and can thrive in a small, fast-paced team.
