Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SDET with strong hands-on experience in test automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Cucumber, and Rest Assured. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in framework enhancement, automation best practices, and API testing, while also contributing to improved productivity and quality across the QA team.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and enhance the current Selenium automation framework to improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and TestNG.
• Build and enhance framework components or modules to support new automation requirements.
• Develop efficient and reusable automation scripts following best practices and design patterns.
• Refactor existing test scripts to improve performance, readability, and modularity.
• Perform end-to-end API testing using Rest Assured and tools like Postman.
• Improve automation coverage and framework capabilities to reduce manual testing efforts.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality deliverables.
• Continuously optimize QA processes and automation tasks to enhance overall efficiency.
• Mentor and support QA team members with automation techniques and technical problem-solving.
• Integrate automation scripts with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins) for nightly regression and continuous testing.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and quality goals.
• Demonstrate basic understanding of DevOps concepts, tools, and practices.
