What would you do?

• The person taking up this role will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end delivery of HR reporting projects (standard and ad hoc), including the oversight of a large team of Team Leads and Delivery Analysts.
• The role involves managing reporting operations, driving strategic automation initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders across multiple geographies and business units.
• The person will be expected to ensure high standards of reporting accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, tooling, and team capability.
• The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong team management skills, project ownership experience, and technical understanding of tools such as Workday, Advanced Excel, VBA, and PowerQuery.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, business acumen, and excellent communication are essential to drive value through data-led HR decision-making.
• A set of tasks to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected and help HR to move from operational to tactical or strategic partner.
