Description

• Work with business leads to ensure efficient allocation of resources to client projects at a sub-regional level, business development opportunities and internal initiatives.
• Developing strong relationships across the wider resource management community; sharing resources across practices where appropriate to optimise overall productivity and realisation.
• Partnering with the business leads to understand, plan for and ultimately meet the resourcing demands of the pipeline. Supporting the business leads to achieve realization of utilisation and effective skills / grade mix on projects.
• Be comfortable with staffing analytics, maintain resource management data integrity in the systems that support resource and project management decisions.
• Demonstrating strong commercial awareness monitor and drive compliance to our financial management system, identify and propose solutions to resolve longer term patterns relating to forecast and actual utilisation, monitoring and investigating discrepancies between the data and providing insight
