Operations Manager - Stamping (Electrical Terminals)

We are seeking an Operations Manager - Stamping (Electrical Terminals) to lead our end-to-end stamping operations. This critical role involves managing production, optimizing tool performance, overseeing secondary operations, and ensuring high-quality output for electrical terminals.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end stamping operations for terminal manufacturing.
• Manage production planning, execution , and manpower deployment.
• Ensure timely tool maintenance, debugging , and performance optimization.
• Handle secondary operations like tapping, welding, and tinning related to terminals.
• Coordinate with customers for technical clarifications and validation approvals .
• Drive process improvements, cost reduction , and productivity enhancement.
• Manage project transitions from engineering to production .
• Develop and manage vendors related to stamping operations.
• Maintain high quality standards and implement good manufacturing practices (GMP) .
