Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head located in Ambattur. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, and quality control. Additional responsibilities include managing production activities, budgeting, and ensuring optimal plant efficiency. Daily tasks will involve coordinating with various departments to meet production targets and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant Operations and Production Management
• Skills in Production Planning and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Quality Control procedures and standards
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
