Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Assistant located in Mumbai. The Back Office Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, perform back office operations, and provide support to the front office. Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with customer service and communication tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in financial services or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field is preferred
