This is regarding job opening for Back office Operations role with A leading Fund management Firm in Mumbai.
Job Description
- Understanding of Capital market / Fund back-office operation and / or Fund Admin / AMC activities.
- Knowledge of compliance in the same field will be preferable.
- Managing counterparts like fund admin, custody, etc. and coordination.
- Tracking of client activities with regards to fund movements, receipts, and entering everything into system and MIS.
- Managing day-to-day operational activities
- Responsible for managing client queries on regular basis. Go on calls with client or any other counter parts whenever required.
- Responsible for preparation & delivery of monthly, quarterly, yearly investor reporting&aposs for funds
- Maintaining MIS of investors in the Fund and co-investors in transactions; maintain MIS of payouts and managing payouts.
- Hands-on on MS office applications along with good knowledge in advance excel.
- To develop ability to handle trade upload, re-verification, custody coordination as activity to be done in consultation of Fund Accounting team and data management.
- Back office operations for funds, Client service , basic understanding of compliance and regulations, onboarding
