Skillset : working experience in any of the software product, Microsoft Word, Excel, testing experience

Job Description :

• Understand Career Shaper platform
• Configuring Learning batches , Learning Path
• Configuring Assessments, Code Labs exercises
• Uploading Quiz, Assignments , Learners in the system
• Take excel output dump & formatting from the platform as per delivery leads request
• Resolve any issues in learners access, trainers access issues through Admin access
• Interface with development team to resolve any defect fixes
• Testing the platform end to end
