Reporting into the HR Vice President or Senior HRBP this role is accountable for partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues globally to drive transformation improve performance and embed AstraZenecas people agenda.
You will influence strategic workforce decisions lead change and support talent initiatives while ensuring alignment with AZs global HR policies and frameworks.
