Job Description :

• Develop enterprise-level architectures for Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform solutions
• Guide technical teams in creating scalable and maintainable CRM architectures
• Architect and enhance integrations between Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Azure services, and external systems
• Establish technical strategies to ensure scalability, security, and high performance
• Work with business leaders and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
• Contribute to R&D and promote AI adoption in customer-centric processes
• Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring best practices in CRM solution :
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform
• Expertise in Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Insights
• Strong background in Power Platform, Azure, and cloud-based architectures
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and enterprise integration technologies
• Experience leading technical teams and large-scale implementations
