Shift : US-based hours (4 : 00 AM - 1 : 30 PM EST)

Job Summary :

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join a Contact Center team. This role is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent position. You'll be working on a customer engagement web-based application that streamlines communication between agents and customers.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly its Customer Service Workspace and Customer Engagement modules. You should be a proactive developer who can handle a mix of new development and issue resolution independently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Development : Take ownership of new development tasks, contributing to a customer engagement web application that supports multiple communication channels (chat, SMS, email, etc.).
• Troubleshooting : Dedicate half of your time to triaging issues and performing regression testing to ensure the application's stability.
• Collaboration : Work within an agile environment, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality code and solutions.
• Tooling : Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and the Power Platform to build and maintain the application.
