Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Consultant specialising in Dynamics 365 Business Central, located in Vadodara. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting troubleshooting, offering consulting services, and contributing to sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks will include system analysis, implementation, customisations, and upgrades of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure successful project :
- 3 + Years of Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Effective Consulting skills to understand client requirements and provide expert advice.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for addressing and resolving technical issues.
- Experience in Sales to contribute to business development and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Strong Analytical Skills for system analysis and problem-solving.
