We are expanding our team and looking for experienced Influencer Marketing Executives and Talent Managers who are passionate about creators, digital marketing, and brand growth.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers / creators across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent and brands
• Handle brand briefs, negotiations, and timely deliverables
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success
• Requirements :
• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of influencer marketing tools and analytics
• Creative thinking and a proactive attitude
