Job Title : S&OP Manager (Sales & Operation Planning)

• Building the S&OP Frameworks and setting up the rulebook to achieve 95% inventory utilization.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for sales and operations alignment, ensuring synchronization with organizational goals and market trends.
• Optimizing inventory levels and SKU assortment to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs, obsolescence, and stockouts. Ensuring fill rate of 99% for high demand SKUs.
• Coordinating with the procurement team to raise PO’s, release orders and schedule dispatches that align with sales forecasts, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
• Establishing KPIs and monitoring performance of business and procurement teams against projections and targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Orchestrating b / w sales, category, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of goals, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identifying potential risks to sales and operations, such as stock outs or overstock situations and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on profitability.
• Reviewing monthly Demand and generating the demand for new buying monthly / yearly,
