Key Responsibilities :
- Source high-quality candidates from job boards, professional networks, and referrals
- Conduct initial calls with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit
- Verify salary expectations with candidates and negotiate compensation packages
- Submit qualified candidates to clients for further evaluation
- Screen resumes to shortlist candidates who meet our stringent requirements before conducting initial calls
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings to ensure seamless talent acquisition
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients to facilitate a smooth hiring process
- Collect and provide feedback to candidates post-interview to help them improve
