Job Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO . The role requires exceptional coordination, communication, and organizational abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day management operations.
The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between the leadership team and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring timely updates, effective meeting management, and follow-through on critical action items.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO.
Manage calendar scheduling , appointments, meetings, and travel plans efficiently.
Join all major meetings , prepare and circulate detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM) , and ensure timely follow-up on pending action points.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with all internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow.
Maintain and track reminders, deadlines, and commitments , ensuring timely updates to management.
Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation with a high level of confidentiality.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
Anticipate the needs of leadership and proactively manage priorities.
Requirements :
Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented , proactive, and dependable under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proven experience in calendar management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
