Responsibilities :

• Own business performance for assigned categories - GMV, margins, selection, growth and customer experience
• Build and execute growth plans through promotions, campaigns, and targeted offers
• Analyze category trends, consumer behavior, and competition to shape strategy
• Collaborate with product, marketing to drive traffic and with product teams to improve purchase journeys
• Work with credit team to drive unlock EMI levers for conversion boost
• Ensure high fulfillment rates, competitive pricing, and operational efficiency
