We're seeking an individual experienced in cross-functional collaboration to drive product development, enhance user experience, and achieve business objectives.

About You :

Our ideal candidate has a background in B2B SaaS product management, adept at ideating new features, improving existing ones, and leveraging data and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Working in partnership with other Product Manager, you'll build and coordinate your product area in alignment with Valorx's overarching product strategy.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with senior product management to conceptualize, plan, and execute product roadmap initiatives
• Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on market research and customer feedback
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product vision into actionable development plans
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of product features
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with the UX / UI team to ensure product designs meet user needs and enhance satisfaction
• Oversee prototype creation, conduct user testing, and incorporate feedback into iterations
• Establish testing protocols with the QA team and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Conduct testing throughout the development process to identify and address issues early
• Strong project management skills are essential, given the dynamic nature of our industry
