Job Description
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises or Dynamics 365 CE).
- Expertise in application development (customizations, plugins, JavaScript, workflows, integrations, Power Automate, Power Apps, model-driven app, Power Platform Admin Center, Active Directory (AD).
- Strong expertise in CRM administration, including security roles, user management, performance monitoring, Data migration, and system maintenance.
- Proven background in functional support, gathering business requirements, configuring CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.), and providing end-user training / support.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI, and integration.
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Ability to drive the testing processes, from the planning phase to test case execution and bug-fixing support.
- Ability to write test plans, cases, and other test documentation.
