Chartered Accountant – Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join the Operations Team at Style Baazar . The role will focus on driving financial efficiency across procurement and operational functions . The CA will be responsible for financial analysis, cost optimization, vendor management support, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to monitor procurement costs, margins, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with the procurement team to evaluate vendor proposals, pricing strategies, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for procurement and operational expenses.
• Monitor working capital , vendor payments, and cash flow related to operations.
• Develop MIS reports for management, highlighting operational KPIs, savings opportunities, and cost deviations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements in procurement and operations.
• Collaborate with internal audit and control teams to ensure proper checks in operational finance.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making on vendor negotiations, procurement contracts, and inventory planning .
