Role Snapshot

We’re looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–3 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Taxation. This role provides exposure to end-to-end accounting, compliance, audits, and financial planning in a reputed industrial group.

📍 Location : Kolkata

💼 Type : Full-time

🕒 Working Days : Mon–Fri | Sat (half day)

⏰ Timings : 9 : 00 am – 6 : 30 pm

💰 CTC : 9 LPA (Max)

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Manage and oversee accounting, auditing, and reporting processes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Ind-AS / IFRS).

Compliance & Taxation

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

File returns and manage regulatory reporting.

Audit & Controls

Conduct internal audits and coordinate statutory / tax audits.

Implement and monitor internal financial controls.

MIS & Business Support

Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Support management with insights for decision-making.

Cash Flow & Risk Management

Monitor accounts payable / receivable and cash flow.

Drive cost control and financial risk assessment.

Who We Want

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA), ICAI

Experience : 0–3 years post-qualification

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, taxation & audits

Proficiency in ERP / Accounting software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.)

Analytical mindset with strong communication & leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
