Job descriptionDevelop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's growth goals. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for sustainable scalability. Oversee accounting, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance in line with regulatory standards. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and adherence to legal and corporate governance norms. Prepare financial presentations for investors and stakeholders. Participate in investor visits, explain financial models, and represent the company confidently. Work closely with leadership to maximize equity value. Provide strategic insights on fundraising, M&A, and capital structuring. Train and mentor junior finance team members (initial 6-month trainer phase). Build and lead a high-performance finance team for long-term growth. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO & Board on financial opportunities and risks. Provide solutions to complex financial challenges and support decision-making. Work as a co-founder mindset leader, taking ownership beyond finance. Contribute to innovation, expansion planning, and operational efficiency across the Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA), Graduate / MBA preferred. Experience : 4-7 years of post-qualification experience. Languages : Fluency in Hindi and English. Gender : Open to male and female candidates. Age Limit : 25-35 years. Strong leadership, financial problem-solving, and training skills. Entrepreneurial mindset to grow with the company.
