About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate

Retail Trainer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our retail staff, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Needs Assessment :

Identify training requirements through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.

Design and create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital resources.

Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Assess training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to participants. Conduct online tests to ascertain efficacy. Adept at using modern online tools

Offer ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to trainees.

Organize training schedules, logistics, budgets, and resources efficiently.

Continuously update knowledge of training methodologies, tools, and retail trends.

Work closely with managers and stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications :

Salary Range : 8 LPA to 9 LPA
