Position : FIT Sales Training Manager
Location : Head Office – Worli, Mumbai
Travel : Across 5 key locations over 12 days

Position Summary
As part of our continued learning journey post the Mentora intervention, the FIT Sales Training Manager will play a pivotal role in reinforcing selling skills and driving performance outcomes across key locations. This role focuses on on-the-job coaching and capability building for Relationship Managers (RMs), ensuring sustained application of learning and alignment with business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coaching & Field Support
- Travel across designated locations to support RMs during live B2B and B2C calls.
- Provide real-time coaching to enhance call effectiveness, improve conversion metrics, and support mid and BQ performers.
Skill Reinforcement & Capability Building
Reinforce FIT Sales Inner Mindset & Outer Skill framework through simulations and feedback.Facilitate role plays, case studies, and scenario-based learning.Promote usage of tools like FAB, SPANCO, SPIN, Sales Filter, and 7 YES Set.Performance Enablement
Build RM confidence in handling diverse sales scenarios :Prospecting & Lead GenerationClient Meetings & Need AnalysisObjection Handling & NegotiationClosing Sales & Relationship ManagementGuide RMs in weekly sales activity planning and go-to-market execution.Expected Outcomes

Preferably from a hospitality background.10–15 years of experience in sales training, performance coaching, or sales enablement.Strong understanding of B2B (MICE) and B2C sales dynamics.Familiarity with FIT Sales Selling Skills Workshop or similar frameworks.Willingness to travel and work closely with field teams.
