We are hiring QA Leads with strong expertise in ETL testing, AWS, SQL, and Snowflake.

The role demands 610 years of experience in validating large-scale data pipelines and ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability of data engineering solutions.

Overview :

As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end testing lifecycle for cloud-based data platforms.

You will lead validation efforts, design testing strategies, and ensure high-quality releases of ETL workflows and Snowflake-based data models.

Experience Required : 610 Years.

Location : Hybrid / Remote (Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram, Hyderabad).

Key Responsibilities :

Lead QA strategy and execution for ETL, Snowflake, and AWS-based solutions.
Design and implement test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for data validation.
Perform strong SQL testing for data transformations, aggregations, and performance.
Validate integrations across ETL tools, Snowflake, and AWS services.
Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and product teams to ensure defect-free releases.
Drive adoption of QA best practices, automation frameworks, and reporting standards.

Requirements :

6 to 10 years of experience in QA / testing, with at least 3+ years in data / ETL QA.

Strong expertise in AWS services relevant to data workflows.

Hands-on experience in ETL testing, SQL validation, and Snowflake.

Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end QA processes.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

Experience in Agile / Scrum QA environments.

Knowledge of test automation tools for data validation (e.g., Pytest, DBT tests).

Exposure to data governance and compliance testing.

Prior experience in performance testing of data pipelines.
